What to do if your Xbox 360 got the Red Ring of Death

Ok,I'm gonna tell you what to do if YOUR 360 gets red rings of death.

First,make sure you actually have the red rings of death.1 ring is a death ring,2 rings is a...IDK,3 rings a dead 360,4 red rings is just a cord failure(meaning you disconnected it or something).

Ok here are the things you should do when you get a dead 360.

1)Call Microsoft to fix your 360.You'll get a box or something with easy instructions that a R-tard can follow.
2)Once you mailed it...Wait about three months in a Fetle postion waiting for your 360 to return in that nice table top you had your 360 on.
3)Once it comes back,hook it up then get redd rings agian in a matter of minutes.
4)You cry for about 5 days,Get angry,throw your 360 out the window or at your old bully's house yelling"FUCK YOU BULLY AND YOU TOO MICROSOFT!"
5)Go to Gamestop/EB Games or where ever you buy games,buy a new Elite or Pro for $300-$400 dollers.
6)Get home,hook it up,play for 3 months or so....Get redrings again.repeat this cycle again.THEN THE LAST STEP IS...

7)Say,"Fuck Microsoft!"Go to where ever you buy games,get a PS3,enjoy no Halo untill you get the yellow light of death on your PS3.

After all that get a Wii.....

... seriously? all that means is your xbox is over heating... turn it off take the top off and get a airhoze and spray thedust out u guys are soo reliant on other people to fix your problems mine is either free. or costs 25 cents at the gas station for air..

I got RROD. It was working fine one minute, the next it's dead and I'm on the phone with MS.... see you guys on the 360 in 2-3 weeks.

I'm sorry to hear that...The only thing you can do is buy a new 360 or send it to Microsoft and let them fix it.Its your call.Good Luck!

I have had my 360 for over a year, no problems.

I've had my xbox for EXACTLY 1 year... and I just got rrod... sorry, not trying to jinx u!...

mine was made 1/08 don't think that they changed a god damn thing between jan and nov.... because they didn't. EVERYONE I know that has an xbox has had the rrod now. So FUCK xbox 360. go get a ps3 now that you mastered halo 3.

clock yes there was a different model made from the past months. from january to july the xbxo sucked. now august to watever is the best so far. ive benn playing mine for over 5 hours at once and no problems watsover. but sry to hear u got rrod.
